Summer Art for Kids // 2015 // Red Barn Studios // Granite Bay, California // Ages 7-16——————————————————————————————————————
Session 1: June 8-12, (Monday – Friday), 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
We have been holding our family-run camp for 22 years at our 5 acre homestead in Granite Bay. Filled with oak trees, a creek, redwoods, gardens, an artisan home and studio handbuilt by us. The location is beautiful, tranquil, healing and truly an inspiring place to be creative.
+COPPER ENAMELING: For 2015, each session we will offer our most popular and unique class, Copper Enameling. Students make designs using colorful powdered glass and threads on copper shapes. These pieces are fired in an enameling kiln, after which participants make necklaces, keychains, and embellish with beading and trinkets.
+PROJECTS TBA: The other projects will be announced at the start of camp.——————————————————————————————————————
